Your step-by-step guide to finding your keys, parking and settling into your apartment.
Have your apartment number and personal Keycafe pickup code ready. These are provided in your arrival message. If you have not received them, please contact us before arriving.
Head to the first-floor garage near the mailroom and look for the freight elevator.
Use the gray Keycafe with yellow StayCozy labels. It is beside the elevator, to the left of the blue machine. Please make sure you are using the StayCozy machine.
Follow the pickup instructions on the Keycafe screen and enter the code from your arrival message. Take the complete key set, then close the compartment securely.
Your physical key opens the apartment. Keep the black access fob with you when you leave, as you will need it for the garage and amenities.
Find the receiver box on the stone wall to the right of the garage driveway. Point your black fob toward the receiver and press its button to open the gate.
We recommend parking on the same floor as your apartment to make unloading easier. Choose an open, unreserved space and follow posted parking restrictions.
Please do not park in spaces marked Reserved.
At doors equipped with an access reader, hold your black fob against the reader as shown below. Keep your keys and fob with you throughout your stay.
Getting around Elan Med Center
The apartments surround the central courtyard and pool. Use the garage, leasing office and shared spaces as landmarks, and check the room numbers along the hallway as you make your way to your door.
Look near the mailroom, where you picked up your keys. Use your access fob at the reader on the right side of the elevator doorway.
You’ll find this elevator just beyond the leasing office. It is another useful landmark when entering through the lobby.
This elevator is on the side of the community near the fitness and yoga spaces. Check the map below to orient yourself before heading down the hallway.
The first digit of your apartment number indicates the floor. Once you reach that level, follow the hallway numbers to your apartment. Keep your physical key and black access fob with you.
